Distinction Truck Bodies is a family-owned truck body builder on Thornbill Drive in South Murwillumbah. They design, build, repair and modify truck bodies to Australian transport standards, including curtainsiders (tautliners), pantechs and tray bodies with optional gates and steel sections. Custom alterations to existing bodies, insurance and accident repairs, and load-restraint fit-outs round out the work.
The business is led by director Kevin Thomason, who brings more than 40 years in the trade and is a nationally accredited Blue-plate modification inspector under the approved-persons scheme. Work is backed by a three-year workmanship warranty, and the team services operators across Northern NSW and South-East Queensland.
